Currently the Fitness Director at the Reebok Sports Club, London, Lorna is the author of two previous books and was included in an industry Top 10 Published in a major British national newspaper. As a Reebok Master Trainer and Pure Energy Select Presenter, Lorna trains people all over the world, has appeared on television, and is frequently featured in magazine and newspaper articles.
