About Russell Braddon

RUSSELL BRADDON was born in Sydney in 1921 and educated at the University of Sydney. He was imprisoned in Changi for four years during the Second World War and his controversial book The Naked Island, describing his experiences as a prisoner, became a bestseller. He died in 1995
