David Simchi-Levi is Professor of Engineering Systems at MIT. Professor Simchi-Levi received his Ph.D. inoperations research from Tel-Aviv University and has won awards for his work in supply, logistics, andtransportation. He is also founder and Chairman of Logic Tools, Inc. Philip Kaminsky is Assistant Professor of Industrial Engineering at the University of California atBerkeley. He received his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University. Edith Simchi-Levi is founder and Vice-President of Operations of LogicTools, Inc. She received her B.S.in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University. She has extensive experience insoftware development and numerous consulting projects in logistics and supply chain management.
