Octoberland A.A. Attanasio

Reece, hero of THE DARK SHORE and THE SHADOW EATER, and his lover Jyoti do not enjoy their peaceful lives in New Arwar for long; a new outbreak of the Goblins Wars inflicts bloody carnage on the land and threatens their very lives. Meanwhile, Dogbrick, Reece's trusted friend, remains lost upon the Dark Shore, otherwise known by its inhabitants as Earth. There, Nox, leader of the Octoberland coven, has sensed his presence. Dogbrick's Charm-laden life will be sacrificed to grant Nox immortality and provide a link to the Bright World. But then the goblins, in their infinite foulness, will have a path directly from Irth to the Dark Shore....
