Most trainers use games. This two-volume compendium contains 75 games in each volume, which range from icebreakers and energizers to substantial exercises in communication. Each game is presented in a standard format which includes summary, statement of objectives, list of materials required, recommended timings and step-by-step instructions for running the event. Photocopiable masters are provided for any materials needed by participants. All the games are indexed by objectives and Volume 1 contains an introduction analyzing the different kinds of game, setting out the benefits they offer and explaining how to use games to the maximum advantage.
