Paper is a remarkably versatile, easy-to-use and easy-to-find material for use in arts and crafts. In this book, Angelika Wolk-Gerche presents detailed instructions for making hundreds of things out of paper: everything from cutting out paper stars, to folding birds and animals, making windmills, masks and folding and sticking gift-bags. You can even cut a hole in a sheet of writing paper that you can climb through!

The book also includes instructions for making papier mache, hand-made paper and working with pulp.

Über Angelika Wolk-Gerche

Angelika Wolk-Gerche was born in 1951. She studied design in Hanover and became an art teacher. She now works as a freelance illustrator and textile designer, as well as running courses in arts and crafts. She lives near Stuttgart, Germany and is the author of More Magic Wool and Creative Felt (both Floris Books).
