Catherine Best is an experienced editor of cookery books and a lover of good food. She has worked on many books that introduce keen cooks to far-flung exotic cuisines, as well as those that focus on traditional country and family recipes. Her portfolio career has included spells as a school secretary, piano teacher and PA to a classical musician. She turned to editing some years ago and since then has compiled an impressive backlist of cookery titles covering a wide selection of cuisines and cooking styles.
