Developing Leadership Genius Zusammenfassung

Developing Leadership Genius Cyril Levicki

'This is Cyril Levicki's best book to date. I firmly believe that all leaders should regularly analyse their own performance. This book is a significant contribution to this process.'

Bert Morris, Former Main Board Director & Deputy Group Chief Executive, NatWest Group and Chairman Lorien plc and Macro4 plc

' A comprehensive, practical and very readable analysis of the defining components of effective leadership. The author sharply illustrates the qualities so clearly needed in today's business leaders but which prove so elusive in so many.'

Andrew J. Palmer, Operations Director, DTS Logistics plc

'Cyril Levicki has written this book in an open and forthright style. It is easy to read with some highly effective exercises.'

Andrew Callaghan, Chief Executive, Sutton & Son (St Helens) Ltd.

'An extraordinary insight into the nature and nurture of leaders.'

Graham Durgan, Chief Executive, Barkers Norman Broadbent

Developing Leadership Genius offers an inspiring and sometimes controversial look at leadership. Based on his previous book "The Leadership Gene" Cyril Levicki continues to develop his ideas, encompassing the latest practices found in a range of situations from dot.com start-ups to well established multinational corporations.

The book describes everything you need to know about becoming a good leader. Self-assessment tests help you discover if you have natural leadership ability, and how to develop it so that you can get to the top faster and with fewer battle scars.

The author also offers advice on how to play the 'office politics' game and how to achieve work / life balance. Daring in its approach, it also suggests advice on how and when to choose your life partner, and how to maximise children's chances in the leadership lottery.
