Aimed at students of medicine, dentistry, nursing and law, as well as being of use to recently qualified practitioners, this book will provide a basic knowledge of forensic medicine and medical ethics. It also gives some indication of when to seek expert advice in medico-legal matters. The book now has a joint author, Professor Alan Watson, who has provided some coverage of the law and practice in Scotland.
