When Noddy takes up playing the bagpipes he promises to practise every day but as time goes by he fails to keep his word. However, these are enchanted bagpipes and they soon take on a life of their own -- running around town making a great deal of noise. Will Big-Ears be able to figure out how to stop the instrument?
