Hannah Hauxwell's existence on an isolated farm in the Yorkshire Dales changed dramatically when a television producer made a documentary about her experiences. The last of her family, Hannah was living alone in a decaying farmhouse without electricity or running water. Following the release of the television documentary, she was innundated with mail and money from all over the world, and became an instant celebrity.
