The revolt by Laxus Dreyar ended in failure. Fairy Tail is recovering from it's injuries and the Parade of Fantasia can finally take place. However, the atmosphere is a bit special, Laxus has been banned from the Guild. But as soon as the harvest festival is finished, our heroes face new adventures: Lucy discovers that she is more attached to her father than she thought and guilds are all the talk underground forcing Master Makarov to consider the impossible, an alliance with other guilds.
