Despite its jokily arrogant title, this is a modest book that presents teenagers with the awful truth: when you pick up a guitar for the first time, it sounds awful. With the placid tone of a patient teacher, it then goes through the fundaments of electric guitar and the methods for playing. Tips and tricks from the author and top rockers are included, as are snippets of classic rock songs. A thoughtful approach to the wild side of rocking.

Sometimes, when your guitar teacher is vouchsafing the relevance of learning Go And Tell Aunt Lucy, you wish you could learn the basics via songs you actually like. Its hardly a world-shattering concept, but one that this book encapsulates quite nicely.efficiently detail a path towards stardom upon which you can pick up all manner of useful techniques that will stand you in good stead.
