Charlie lives in the most boring street in town. But then somebody moves in next door. Who is that kid? Is 'it' a boy or a girl? And why won't 'it' talk to Charlie? Charlie tries to ignore that kid right back ' but when 'it' turns up at school suddenly things start to make sense'
