Love's Fire is a collection of re-creations of poems taken from Rumi's Rubaiyat. Religious in inspiration, the poems are about love and its phases - longing, fulfilment, loss, mourning and final union. Andrew Harvey is the author of seven other volumes of poetry. He has also written three novels - One Last Mirror, Burning Houses and The Web. He won the 1985 Christmas Humphreys Prize for his travel book A Journey in Ladakh.
