Justine Delaney Wilson accompanied an established dealer as he made his drops to his customers. His first stop was not a run-down block of flats but a well-known Dublin solicitors' office where, within a few minutes, his bag of drugs was replaced with a bag of cash.

And that was just the start. Delaney Wilson's research soon revealed that very many middle-class professionals in Ireland rely on drugs to manage their lives. And a lot of them believe that they can handle it.
