Improving On-the-job Training and Coaching Karen Lawson
This work presents an approach to training that puts the methodology for helping employees learn in the hands of those "who own the performance problems", and addresses such technical competencies as writing performance objectives, conducting training and evaluating effectiveness. The tools, tips and techniques should help the reader to design and develop on-the-job training programmes that produce bottom-line business results. Also included is a plan for the problem of orienting new employees.
