Lizzie Mabbott is a self-taught cook and award-winning food writer. Fuelled by her love of food and her Hong Kong upbringing, her debut cookbook, Chinatown Kitchen was published in 2015. She has since written recipes and features for restaurants, brands and websites, and currently resides in Berlin.

Charlotte Dumortier (Illustrator)
Charlotte Dumortier is an Antwerp, Belgium-based artist wo works as an illustrator, designer, and motion graphics animator. Her first picture book The Orange was published by Mascot Press in 2020.
