New Spellaway is a series of graded books containing puzzles and activities designed to reinforce spelling using the widely recommended 'look, say, cover, write, check' method. New Spellaway Book 1 includes: single consonant sounds made by more than one letter, vowel sounds made by more than one letter, 'magic e' at the end of words and the spelling patterns '-igh' and '-dge'.
