A Hurricane in my Head Zusammenfassung

A Hurricane in my Head Matt Abbott

With surprising honesty and words that resonate long after reading, A Hurricane in My Head tackles the themes of friendship, bullying, technology and the life of a modern teenager. These poems say the things we can't always put into words; they may make you laugh, they may make you cry, but they will most definitely make you reminisce, escape, discover... This is a truly stunning collection from Matt Abbott, nationally acclaimed writer and performer, with poems that will make you want to become a poet and put your own words to paper - much to the perplexity of any careers advisor!

A Hurricane in my Head Bewertungen

While reading this book, I found myself reminiscing for the 'good old days' of going to the cinema, the joy of pulling a sickie, and the importance of BEST friends. -- Paper Lanterns lit * paperlanternslit.com *
Covering themes such as school, family life, friendship, bullying and technology that will resonate with teenagers (not to mention former teenagers), this warm-hearted collection of poems will move and inspire its readers, remind them they are not alone and hopefully encourage them to start writing their own poems. -- Children's Books Ireland * Mind Yourself Reading Guide *
