Peter Goudge is an experienced Research Consultant with a strong background in HR and market research - the result of a long career in the service industry. A staunch advocate of employee research practices, he is a founder member and former chairman of the MRS Employee Research Group and was session chairman of first MRS Conference session devoted to employee research.
