Let ME Do It! Zusammenfassung

Let ME Do It! Simon Philip

Teddy is NOT a baby anymore. So why won't his family stop fussing over him? One day he decides that enough is enough and takes matters into his own hands. Soon Teddy is brushing his own hair, buttoning his own coat, and even making his own breakfast. As Teddy's confidence grows, he becomes ever more ambitious. What could possibly go wrong? Narrated in the first person in Simon Philip's uniquely appealing picture book voice and with hilarious illustrations by Ella Okstad, this is a funny and mischievous story that will resonate with both children and their parents.

Über Simon Philip

Simon was born in Chichester in 1988 and has lived there ever since. After studying History at Exeter University, he decided to become a primary school teacher. Teaching rekindled his love of children's books, so much so that he decided to have a go at writing his own. He is the author of I Don't Know What to Call my Cat, You Must Bring a Hat, and the Waterstones Prize shortlisted I Really Want the Cake. Ella Okstad is the illustrator of the hugely popular Squishy McFluff series (Faber & Faber) and Sophie Johnson: Unicorn Expert series (Simon & Schuster). Her most recent picture book is The Drama Llama (Puffin). Her books have been translated into 20 languages and she lives in Norway.
