Quilts & More, Winter 2014 We all have different reasons for creating, but we probably all agree with Trish Preston when she writes, And that's been my heart's desire when it comes to sewing most everything - to make something special for someone that I love so very much. Her new book inspires us anew to appreciate the why of these creations formed with our hands and hearts. We enjoyed the insight into Trish's family, her thoughts on gift giving and her lovely projects. We can see so many applications for The Family Tree Crazy Quilt, a brilliant paper-pieced pattern created by Trish and her dad.
