This is a resource book of poems, songs, activities and guidelines which starts with the children's experience of sound and helps them to explore and develop their concepts of louder and softer, longer and shorter, faster and slower, higher and lower. Links are made with the English Curriculum through the spoken word and language development and with sound and music in the Science Curriculum. It contains photocopiable activity material which may be distributed for classroom use.
