Walter Hall has been turning pens and pencils for more than 20 years and is a regular contributor to Woodturning magazine. He began woodturning as a hobby whilst working as an accountant, teaching himself the basic skills. He soon developed a keen interest in making pens and started selling them to help fund the purchase of better tools and equipment.
