Pages are clean overall, with mild tanning throughout. Both hinges reinforced with brown tape. Dust marks to edges of first and last few pages. Small blue ink drops to title page and front endpaper with minor scuffing. Blank pages towards the second half. Boards have noticeable edge wear with corner bumping. Leather peeling to edges. Noticeable markings and scratches to all surfaces. Gilt lettering is slightly dulled. Water drops to both boards. Book has a slight forward lean.
