Pages have mild tanning throughout, moderate at end-papers, paste-downs and text-block edges. Heavy cracking at the hinges with exposed binding material. Some occasional mild cracking to gutters throughout however binding remains reasonably firm. Boards have heavy edge-wear with bumping to corners, crushing to spine ends and rub wear all over. Cloth has heavy damp and dust stains. Mild crushing to spine ends. Book has a slight forward lean. Gilt lettering is darkened.
