With a colour folded map between pages 86-7. Gilt top text block edge. Pages are lightly tanned with noticeable foxing throughout. Cracking to gutters and hinges causing binding to be loose, however pages remain attached. Plate facing page 122 is loose, slightly attached to top. Folded map has light tanning with noticeable creasing to edges. Map to rear pocked backed on cloth with mild tanning and slight creasing to edges. Black ink markings to half title page. Previous owner's inscription to front endpaper. Boards have noticeable edge wear with corner bumping. Visible tanning to spine and edges with some crushing to spine ends. Fraying with scuffing and rubbing to edges and corners. Noticeable markings and scratches overall with rubbed markings to front. Gilt lettering is slightly dulled.
