Crinkling to pages at gutters. Pages are moderately tanned throughout. Thumb marking present. Occasional foxing. Previous owner's inscription to front endpaper, which is almost detached. Pencil marks to front also. Boards have mild edge wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. There is bumping to corners and crushing to spine ends. Tanning to spine and edges. Gilt lettering is darkened slightly. Book has a slight forward lean.
