Previous owner's inscription to front paste-down - scribbled out. Some occasional moderate cracking to gutters throughout however binding remains reasonably firm. Boards have heavy edge-wear with bumping to corners, crushing to spine ends and rub wear all over. Moderate tanning to spine. Gilt lettering is darkened. Top edge of text block is dust marked. Minor fraying to cloth at spine ends. Book has a slight forward lean.
