No half title page present. Pages with some foxing and tanning, particularly to endpapers and textblock edges. Some mild water staining to frontispiece. Binding remains firm. The bottom edge of a few pages apparently torn, but possibly just poorly manufactured sheets of paper. New endpapers front and rear. Slight ink spots to title page, frontis. Pages may have been slightly trimmed. Boards have moderate wear with bumped and abraded corners. Spine ends mildly crushed. Gilt lettering remains bright and clear. Board surfaces lightly scratched and rubbed. Faint tape marks to front. Faint liquid spot to rear.
