Heavy cracking to gutters, exposing netting and causing some noticeable looseness to binding but pages remain attached. Several small holes in first 2 maps. Book is slightly bowed and forward leaning with visible tanning, staining and scuffing overall. Spine has noticeable creasing and tanning with soft splitting, fraying and crushing to ends. Book has a slight forward lean. Lettering is visibly darkened and faded.
