This is the authorised photographic story of one of the all-time great F1 teams. Established in 1977 by ex-driver Frank Williams and a young, talented engineer Patrick Head. Williams has gone on to win seven drivers' championships, 108 grand prixs and nine constructors' championships. Alan Henry is motor racing correspondent for the Guardian, and writes for Autocar. He's missed only 3 grand prixs in 28 seasons. He's also the author of over a dozen motor racing titles, including two previous books on Williams.
