Murdo's War Bewertungen

The zest and pace of a Buchan or Geoffrey Household story... [this book] belongs to the children-in-wartime novels. NAOMI LEWIS, THE OBSERVER

Excellent use is made of the harsh Scottish landscape... The author is in complete command of his material and knows just how to keep the fascinated interest of the young reader. Highly recommended for lovers of adventure yarns. BOOKS IN SCOTLAND

[a] curl-up-in-front-of-the-fire thriller JOHN RYAN, SUNDAY POST

A fascinating addition to the genre of boys' adventure stories... should take its place beside the classics. JUNIOR BOOKSHELF
