The latest adventures of Faith Zanetti, war correspondent

My Favourite Poison Zusammenfassung

My Favourite Poison Anna Blundy

Faith Zanetti, war correspondent and now a mother, is sleeping with an edgy Russian who lives on the seedy side of ex-pat London. When he gets dramatically poisoned and suspects the Russian security services of targeting him, Faith is sucked into a drama that transports her to the swelter of Cairo and into a breathtaking and terrifying world she barely knew existed.

Sharply observed, moving and totally compulsive, My Favourite Poison is a spectacular adventure for the heroine men want to be with and women want to be.

My Favourite Poison Bewertungen

I loved it. Every single one of its 256 pages was, for me, an absolute winner . . . the detail . . . is just perfect (I want to have a better adjective for you than this, though I cannot. It is exactly that. Perfect.) I can't recommend this book highly enough. It was a joy from cover to cover for me' TheBookbag.co.uk * `The author sees the details of life and places as through a microscope, picking out jewels for us to savour, and the Zanetti books are comic thrillers of great distinction' Guardian *
The story grabs you from the very first moment . . . it is the details of his thriller that makes it so authentic. A must read' Irish Examiner
