Anthony Colemanwas born and raised inPhiladelphia. He is a self-taught artist and began drawing hisunique portraits at a young age. Fueled by his desire tocreate, Coleman drew on whatever scrap of paper he couldfind, cutting out each finished figure and carrying it in hiswallet wherever he went. Coleman's distinct style combinesthe color and mood of cartoons from the '70s and '80s, withhis keen eye for portraiture. An extremely prolific artist,Coleman has drawn hundreds of portraits, each expertlycapturing the distinctive characteristics of his subjects throughhis own personal style.
