An introduction and guide to the author's own Vocal Awareness system, which he uses in his career as voice consultant. Aiming to work one-to-one with the reader, his goal is to present a new understanding of how the voice works, and show its connection to the mind, body, spirit paradigm. Self-expression for the reader would as a result be easier and more precise; vocal and life performances would be enhanced. Specific vocal exercises are included to this end, intended to explore and connect with inner feelings.
