In this collection of thirty circular routes, there are walks along riverbanks, lakesides and towpaths: though woods and valleys, over hills and watermeadows. Many of the county's prettiest villages and its most beautiful and secluded parkland are explored. There are also stretches of Northamptonshire's popular long distance footpaths including the Nene Way, the Knightley Way and the Grafton Way.
