There is much disagreement among gardeners regarding the best way to nurture garden flowers from seed. It seems there are as many theories and methods of cultivating a private flower garden as there are species of seed. Opinions on which plants look best together can also create strong feelings - carefully planned and cultivated gardens not to one's own taste are often looked at askance.
