Clinical Genetics: A Case-based Approach David T. Bonthron
Using case histories, this text offers a comprehensive view of how problems are approached and solved within clinical genetics. A two-level approach is used: cases illustrate basic genetic concepts, important ethical issues and common applications of modern molecular biological techniques in clinical practice; whilst detailed descriptions of topics related to, but not essential to the understanding of, the clinical problems are provided alongside, and clearly seperated from, the main text.
