This case bound atlas of Greater London encompasses 1450 square miles of coloured street mapping including over 90,000 streets and other addresses. The coverage area extends beyond the Greater London area to Hemel Hempstead, St Albans, Brookmans Park, Cuffley, Waltham Cross, Epping, Brentwood, Thurrock, Stanford-Le-Hope, Gravesend, Wrotham, Sevenoaks, Westerham, Oxted, Redhill, Reigate, Great Bookham, Woking, Egham, Windsor, Slough, Chalfont St. Peter, Chorleywood and Bovingdon. There are 18 pages of large scale, 9 to 1 mile, street mapping which give additional clarity and detail in the congested central London area. 8 pages of road mapping at 3 miles to 1 inch show the access routes into London, and covers much of the Home Counties area. The street mapping features motorways, A and B roads, postal districts and postcode boundaries, borough boundaries, built-up areas, green areas and water features. The index section of the atlas lists streets, place and area names, named junctions and selected flats, walkways and places of interest. There is a separate list of hospitals and hospices with their address and telephone number. Also indexed separately is a list of National Rail stations, Croydon Tramlink stops, Docklands Light Railway stations and London Underground stations. Additional features include the London Underground map, the London Connections map and West End Cinema and Theatre maps.
