Overcoming Mood Swings Bewertungen

Cognitive behavioural techniques are, in my opinion, the most effective form of psychological therapy for emotional disorders Dr James Le Fanu, GP, Medical columnist for The Daily Telegraph This is an excellent self-help book. It is clear, user-friendly, encouraging and non-condescending. I would recommend my patients to read this book. Dominic Lam, Institute of Psychiatry, London, British Journal of Clinical Psychology
