The exercises in the book are intended to teach people how to wake up in their dreams. The intention is that at the end of the four-week program the reader should be able to induce and sustain lucid dreams and fly to distant dream locales. Other acquired skills are finding creative solutions to personal and professional problems and boosting the immune system to enhance health.
