Lucy Willis' Light in Watercolour Zusammenfassung

Lucy Willis' Light in Watercolour Lucy Willis

Lucy Willis is a popular painter and is renowned for her ability to depict light in her paintings. Most painters in watercolour aspire to have that "light touch" in their work, and painting light and shadows is crucial to making paintings come alive, whether landscapes, interiors or still life. Drawing on many years of experience, Lucy Willis shows the artist how to produce paintings full of light and space - whether you decide to paint outside on a summer's morning or indoors with candlelight as your only light source. The subject is discussed in-depth and the book includes many exercises and step-by-step demonstrations for painters to try out in their own time.
