The thematic part of the volume centers around the issues of environmental protection on the national, European and international level. The Yearbook also contains numerous articles on Hungarian state practice, case notes and book reviews. The Yearbook offers a comprehensive picture of the state of application and implementation of international law and EU law in Hungary.

Über Marcel Szabo

Marcel Szabo (editor-in-chief) is Justice of the Constitutional Court of Hungary, professor of law and Head of the EU Department at the Pazmany Peter Catholic University in Budapest.
Laura Gyeney (editor) is associate professor at the Pazmany Peter Catholic University in Budapest.
Petra Lea Lancos (editor) is research fellow at the Deutsches Forschungsinstitut fur oeffentliche Verwaltung, and associate professor at Pazmany Peter Catholic University in Budapest.
