A Time for Memories is a collection of Occupation stories from Molly's friends and family. Each story offers as individual account of the impact of Germany's Occupation of Guernsey during the Second World War. Interspersed with this interesting mixture of personal accounts is a selection of Occupation Recipes which were originally published in the Star Newspaper during the German Occupation. This engaging book adds a human voice to the history of Guernsey and in doing so highlights the determination and perseverance of the community.
