This study addresses the communication of technical information for an international audience. It explains the cultural differences of which publications teams must be aware when producing documentation. Emphasis is placed on the rules of page layout, colour, example choices, graphics, online documentation and help screens. Within the text are case studies from Canada, Germany, Japan and the USA.
