Paul is the part-time owner of Pure Tastes restaurant in Paihia, Bay of Islands. He is the New Zealand ambassador for NZ Beef & Lamb Board. He has worked in many restaurants in NZ and abroad, including Kauri Cliffs, Huka Lodge, Paramount (Auckland), Shells (Tairua). .
