Rachel Bartholomew is an experienced nutrition consultant and writer and a full member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council. Mandy Pearson is an accredited mindfulness NLP trainer, consultant, and coach with over 20 years of training in counseling and therapy. Mandy is also a Reiki Master Teacher and integrates mindfulness into all aspects of her work. As the director of Inner Space Training and Development (inner-space.dk), Mandy runs mindfulness and leadership courses internationally. She lives in Denmark and writes Stories from Engelshus (mandypearson.substack.com) from her woodland home.
