When the Cservanka Circus comes to Virginia as part of its world tour, Andy Moore ends up getting a summer job in the virtual games section, managed by Radu. Radu seems to be running a successful black market operation and it soon becomes clear that he has an ulterior motive in using Andy's computer skills. Andy and the Net Force Explorers must stop Radu from converting Andy's games software into a real weapons guidance system before an international catastrophe beyond anyone's wildest dream is realised...
